RACCOON ISLAND, La. - Members of a Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Team (SCAT) follow a trail of oil debris on the shoreline of Raccoon Island, May 12, 2010. Raccoon Island is a protected bird breeding sanctuary with a variety of breeds.
