In this video released by the Coast Guard, a 19-year-old man is rescued from a cliff on Humbug Mountain near Port Orford, Ore., Tuesday, July 7, 2009. An HH-65 helicopter crew from Coast Guard Group/Air Station North Bend, Ore., was dispatched to the scene where they were able to hoist the man into the helicopter.
