Coast Guard Pacific Northwest Podcast episode 4 Windows media (FOR RELEASE)
After some redesign we've got the latest Pacific Northwest Coast Guard Podcast up and running.
This episode the PA staff brings you to Coast Guard Base Seattle for Earth Day, Tillamook for a visit by the Washington State School for the Blind and Guantanamo Bay Cuba to hang out with the Deployable Operations Group's Port Security Unit 313, homeported in Tacoma, as they protect assets attached to the Joint Task Force there.
The opening was shot at the Alki Point Lighthouse here in Seattle. The lighthouse is currently home to the Thirteenth District Commander, Admiral Currier.
We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did making it. If you have any story ideas, comments or questions let us know by dropping us an e-mail at d13ipa@uscg.mil, calling us at 206-220-7237 or filling out a comment at the bottom of this page.
